With a strong background in HVAC and bathroom remodeling, Robert brings years of hands-on experience and expert project management to RBD. As our Project Director, he ensures every job is completed with quality and efficiency. A dedicated family man, Robert values hard work, craftsmanship, and creating comfortable spaces for homeowners.

COO & Maintenance Director

Brian

Brian brings strong leadership and operational expertise to RBD as our COO & Maintenance Director. A dedicated member of the Navy Reserves, he applies discipline and precision to every project. When he’s not keeping our operations running smoothly, he enjoys long walks with his dog, Ragnar.

Matthew

Matthew is a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in construction and a commitment to delivering top-quality results. His hands-on experience and attention to detail ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. When he's not on the job site, Matthew enjoys spending time outdoors and hunting.

Joan is the heart of our office, keeping everything running smoothly with her organization and dedication. As our Office Administrator, she ensures that both our team and clients have the support they need. With a huge love for animals and a bright personality, Joan brings energy and warmth to the workplace, making the office a welcoming place for everyone.

Cali is the beloved resident of our shop and the unofficial team mascot of RBD. Whether she’s supervising projects from her favorite spot or keeping the team company, she brings a little extra warmth to the workplace. Loved by all, Cali is a reminder that every great crew needs a little paws-on support!
